Wicca III is a seminar designed to enhance the emotional healing you have already begun in your lives. To do that we will focus on 6 areas of common emotional conflict: Money, Body Image, Relationships and Family, Communication, Sex, Death. We will explore our beliefs, core values and personal stories in each of these areas through movement, meditation, storytelling and ritual. We will also carry the ritual format through our themes, starting with grounding, centering, elementals, deities, magical workings, raising power and energy releases. There will be a lot going on in many levels of consciousness. You will receive your Reiki II attunements and the Initiation of the Storyteller. Please be kind to yourself in between the 4 weekend seminars, and realize perfection is process. This is a demanding seminar. Remember, naps are good!
Remember there are 4 weekends for class between March thru April, so you don't have to have it all read at once! And in several cases you pick one of 2 or 3 choices; you don't have to read all the titles. There are websites and movies to use in place of books. All in all, it isn't as bad as it looks!
Also note that you will be telling stories of your own; these are listed here so you can start researching and choosing.
I. Objectives:
1. To address the issues/processes of emotional healing through a variety of methodology all connected to the magickal practices common to Wiccan ritual, trance work and body work (including dance and movement), art and storytelling;
2. To learn to see what is real and not what we think is real about ourselves, about others;
3. To develop the body in connection with the mind and spirit to maintain balance—an antidote for airheads;
4. To tell stories as a lesson in healing and as an art.
5. To remember who you are.

Other requirements:
-
You will have opportunity to make art projects to illustrate who is driving our bus and what gifts they bring; to dance the elements; experiment with clowning; look for runes on your body, and to spend 20 minutes talking about yourself, uninterrupted with a small group in the unusual experience of being truly heard. We will wash one another feet, caress one another’s faces in loving and safe touch, and learn/relearn the emotional release points. We have the option of working in same sex groups nude to discover the runes on our bodies. I will ask the class to make a decision on that. Lightly clad should be sufficient.
