The Web PATH Center, Inc.
Annual Meeting
November 13, 2004
Director’s Annual Report 2004 from Webweaver
This is The Web PATH Center’s Mission Statement which guides us in our choices and programs:
The Web is organized to provide religious and cultural community to those seeking earth-based spiritual guidance in an expression of 21st century pagan culture through ritual, one-on-one training sessions, retreats, classes and the arts.
In keeping with that Mission the Web held 2 pagan festivals this year. WinterFest traditionally holds to a shamanic format, SummerFest to an out of doors community camping experience following a spiritual cultural theme.
WinterFest 2004: Tarot Journeys, February 6-8, 2004 with Bekki, Crow, M’Lyssa, Rosewycke and Webweaver teaching workshops in tarot and non tarot divination tools. Our shamanic journeys helped us envision our own Web Tarot deck which remains a work in progress. 21 people attended
SummerFest: The Gods of Carnivale June 24-27, 2004 was to be a Web Home Coming, but we drew more new people than alums. Celebrating the Trickster Gods and the Maze, The Web conducted workshops, bonfire dances and fundraisers. 55 people attended all or part of the festival.

Healing Sessions at the Web
On Wednesdays The Web continues to dedicate every Wednesday from 10am – 4pm for body work, energy healing and Web talks. Very few people make appointments but nearly every week is filled with walk-ins, including the healing team working on each other. Additional appointments for Soul Retrievals, Past Life Regressions, and Web Talks are offered each week on an as needed basis.
Classes
This year we were able to offer Wicca I twice. Wicca II included those students from the first Wicca I class but not the second. We are convinced it takes time to integrate the rituals and meditations to prepare the student for the next level of study. Wicca III was carefully re-worked to fit the 3 weekend format, and we still had to cut material. However the text was completed in full.

Some of the Web members are also members of this spiritualist church.

Reiki Share: A community Reiki Share is facilitated by Jennifer in Wolcott. Several Web members attend as often as they can. After discussions on healing, the members work in teams on each other.
Unfinished business
Children’s Programming: The Web has made a commitment in our intention to develop a children’s program that would follow the sabbats and include the Web children in our faith as much as possible. They worked well at SummerFest this year and last year, but has yet to take off for the regular sabbats and rituals.
Teen Programming: The Teens indicated a need to form a social network, but that is still in its preliminary formative stage and as yet has not really taken shape. A proposed Teen Wicca I class was postponed for lack or response.
Fundraising: We embarked on two major fundraising projects that have a lot of possibilities but are still not off the ground. One is the Web cookbook to include our favorite foods, ritual treats and family stories. The other is the Web Tarot growing out of last years WinterFest. We have not forgotten these projects, but they have been sidelined.
Committee Structure and Activities: The Council of Trustees has several committees, none of which are yet living up to their full potential. We seek involvement from the Voting Membership to share the work load more equitably. These Committees are: Finance, Policy, Nominations, Program, Children’s Programs, Fund Raising, Summer Fest & WinterFest. Step up and volunteer!
WebNotes. A number of us have struggled to get the newsletter out for the sabbats. We seem to be too busy to make the deadlines! More than half of the circulation is sent e-mail at a great cost savings.
Prisoners Ministry: We have asked for volunteers to adopt a prisoner and provide the financial support to send PagaNet News and the newsletters to the 29 prisoners who have found us through Grimassi’s Encyclopedia of Witchcraft. We need some one to organize the project. Although many prisoners would like pen pals, that is not what we are offering. You would remain anonymous unless you chose otherwise. Web return address labels are provided.
