Al's Diner, Clyde, NY
Meeting minutes taken by Alethera
RAFFLE – Rosewycke presided. WELCOME - M'Lyssa
M'Lyssa welcomed and thanked the whole web family for their support during the past year.
GROUNDING - M'Lyssa
ELECTIONS
Council was introduced by M'Lyssa.
Elections, which are normally held at the annual family meeting, were not done. There are currently 6 voting trustees. If anyone is interested in serving as a trustee they need to contact a current trustee. The Web is in the process of developing an application/questionnaire for individuals interested in serving in this capacity. Qualifications for the position of trustee are that the individual is a paid voting member and they are active within the Web, including attendance at all quarterly meetings.
ANNUAL REPORT - M'Lyssa
The Web has been VERY busy this year!
AMMENDMENTS
Peg motioned that the information about the Syracuse PPD be corrected. Eric seconded the motion. All family members voted in favor and the motion was passed. The Web facilitated the Opening and Closing Rituals at Syracuse/CNY Pagan Pride this year, with the team made up of Rosewycke, Ameya, WolfDancer, Ditchwitch, Emerald, Pegqua, and M’Lyssa.
FINANCE REPORT - Ameya Spirit
Ameya explained the typographical errors on the report.
It was noted that The Web did not have a good record keeping method for donations and that a new donation log would be implemented immediate. Family members are encouraged to log every donation they make, even "gifts in kind", as this information is valuable when seeking grants.
Web buck may be earned at the rate of $10/hour. The Web buck log is located on the piano.
Web bucks may be used dollar for dollar for up to 50% of event fees, dollar for dollar for raffles and auctions. Web bucks are transferable and barter able!
Lowe motioned to accept this new policy.
Ditchy seconded the motion.
Motion passed.

Items donated for the Annual Family Meeting Raffles totaled $140 in value.
$143 cash and $30 web bucks were raised during the raffle.
