Form to use to keep track of InKind donations. What are they, who did they come from, and what project at The Web did it benefit.
InKind Donation Master Record
Great for use at the end of the year for tallies. Or to keep track of food, supplies, etc. for classes, festivals, etc.
Record of Receipts & Deposits
Are you in charge of a class, festival, etc. thru The Web? Use this form to keep track of the money you received for The Web.
Request for Money
To use when you request The Web to refund your money for a purchase for The Web. Must be approved in advance.
