Rev Bev’s Quote:
the creatures that inhabit this earth - - be they human beings or animals - - are here to contribute, each in its own way, to the beauty and prosperity of the world.

Rev Bev’s Quip:
I feel we are all here for a purpose/reason, and that we should strive to find it. It would make sense to first find inner peace, and then work out from there.
I was inspired by a work of Deepak Chopra’s on inner peace to world peace.
For the next 7 weeks, I will put in a meditation/work that if you are willing to have peace in your life, you might want to join the rest of us doing this. Ultimately we want peace throughout the world, but it starts within.
Being for Peace:
Starting today and for 7 days, take 5 minutes to meditate for peace. Sit quietly with your eyes closed. Put your attention on your heart and inwardly repeat these four words: Peace, Harmony, Laughter, Love. Allow these words to radiate from your heart’s stillness out into your body. As you end your meditation, say to yourself, “Today I will relinquish all resentments and grievances.” Bring into your mind anyone against whom you have a grievance and let it go. Within your mind, send that person your forgiveness.
