Mission Statement:
The Web Program Committee convenes to review, propose and create new program ideas, Festival plans and inspirational direction for the consideration of the Web Council and the Web PATH Center, Inc. so that we continue to reach the organizational goal of providing community in an earth based spiritual context and help mold the pagan culture for the 21st century.
Duties: Develops the January Family Meeting for evaluation and planning of the Web Programs
Prepares Event Proposal Forms which include event budgets for programs initiated by the committee and its members
Members may assist others in preparing Event Proposal Forms when approaching the committee with ideas
Reviews and makes recommendations and/or approves event proposal made to the committee
Seeks Council input and approval during the process or refers the form with their recommendation to the Council
This includes festivals, grants, and classes not previously approved

This is The Communications Board for The Web PATH Center's Childrens' Programming Committee.
Mission Statement:
The WebPATH Center offers an encouraging, loving, safe and supportive environment where children and their families may listen to the lessons and messages from the Ancestors, Deity, Earth, and Stars as they find their paths in life; The Web provides the tools needed to accomplish this growth through learning experiences facilitated by classes, patience and celebration of the Wheel of the Year and Cycles of the Moon.
Duties: Reports to the Program Committee and/or Council
Plans kids programs and teen programs for festivals, rituals, social gatherings and other offerings
Prepares event proposal forms
Secures presenters and secures contracts as needed
Outlines annual program for wheel of the year rituals for youth
Assess needs and coordinates mentoring, academic help, crisis intervention and family support for parents and children
(child/adult facilitators need to work together)
Concert Committee – Inactive
Formed to assist in entertainment and concert offerings for SummerFest in 2005

Mission statement:
The Committe is organized to:
• To assist Web members in connecting with necessary emergency services or resources in the area, develop and update listings of human service resources within our area (I. E., food pantries, emergency housing, social services, mental health and addictions counseling, legal services, etc..)
• To assess the feasibility of developing an active outreach program to assist members in need of community support
• To maintain contact with members within the Web by—contacting members who appear to have become inactive ,--providing a "sunshine committee" type service to acknowledge birthdays and other events with email greetings or print greetings if budget permits,--
• To maintain current address/email lists of voting members, general members
• To maintaining the Web Library
• To assisting other committees in developing and publicizing upcoming events, following up with registrations if needed, etc
• To facilitate conflict resolution within the Web or provide informal counseling services, connecting members with professional services as needed
Could address healing, developing consensus, etc.
Web PATH Nominations

Duties: Seeks nominees for Council at annual elections
Prepares the ballot, counts votes and verifies election
Conducts membership drive
Contacts past members who have not signed up by the Annual Meeting to determine their intent prior to the January meeting
Maintains membership list with addresses, e-mail and phone numbers
Makes membership report at the Annual Meeting and the January Family Meeting
