Teen Workshops for 2007 (up to Yule)
Kim explained of teens/tweens vs children's program, as well as age differences. (Teens 13 to 18 years, Tweens 10 to 13 years(with Parental written consent,
will be able to join teens in teen programs, and Children 1 to 10 years). Children's program info to be added by Michelle.
Workshops for teens in the works, which include self-defense by Missy/Peg, Surving off the land, Medicine Pouches/beading/basketry-KJ Deal,
sewing and garden stones-Kim
Teen Rituals-they have the chocie to join(or help)with childrens program or participate in adult ritual.
Festivals
Winterfest Workshop by Tom Huff (SoapStone carving) was tabled for lack of funds, as was our concert series planned for the spring. Grant from FLAGS for Artisans
workshop was denied- Eric discussed our reply and clarification of their misconceptions about our mission/program, but appeal is not worth doing since money
has already been awarded to others (seems to be a lack of communication and ineptitude in FLAGS structure too, not on our end at all) Winterfest will not be held
this year. We will instead focus on Summerfest.
Summerfest
To date Summerfest site is still in limbo
Aman property is too undeveloped-Tom has written a thank you to them for their time (see enclosed)(much thanks to all who researched)
A decision to focus on the ritual aspect of Summerfest and make it a single day Solstice celebration was the consensus, the date was chosen as
June16th, 2007. Two new spots were suggested at the meeting. Oak Island-(was explored and found to be not suitable because of the
children as it is surrounded by water-Eric, Dorothy, Bill and Peg checked on Sampson St Park.
(at date 1/10- we have a pavillion reserved for June 23rd-only date available). Peg has taken pictures to show people online what the park looks
like-we will encourage people to reserve camping sites as they wish to..as soon as possible since they fill up quickly Vendors may not be possible but
raffles/auction would be doable, and might make more if the vendors arent there. Yardsale was also suggested (maybe the used ritual/ tools booth?)
(as Marie ran last year at SummerFest) Next: what shall we do for the day?
Explanation of ongoing search for Web insurance for board and events-Eric has several leads he is following-still an issue of the Web as an entity not owning a property to insure. Liability insurance is being considered for Board officers at leastand in terms of "event" insurance for SummerFest-affordibilty is an issue.
If Journal Disscussion:
The former paganNet Journal, now If has been distributed by George and Phyllis Victorious for a number of years..they are stepping down, and looking for someone to
pick this up The cost of sponsorship has increased and postage is also higher. Undecided if the Web could handle the increase vs. the benefit of having them onsite,
and to pass out for the prision ministry program. Various options such as a 5$ fee for people who want them, and or specific donations toward the sponsorship were left unresolved
($120 for group/$60 personal-subscriptions) Consenus was that it is a great magazine, the founders are deserving of support but"where's the funding???"
Complete info detailed in the flier (also online at http://www.paganet.org/default.php)
Annual Budget and Fund Raising
Budget will be completed by Fiscal Committee.

Ongoing Craft Series and Intro to "Witch Bonnet Sue Quilt" - Anj Anj is heading up a community driven craft workshop series(no cost to the Web)
Beginning with the quilt Various members will work on squares and final quilt will be available for sale or auction.
Working at the Web, or possibly Community Center(Lyons) or library space on a regular basis The hope is that we can still offer some of the other workshops
that would have been avaible thru the Flags Grant-with the successful projects being offered for sale.
The ideas of working with AngelHeart and the Arts Council Holiday Sale in Nov 07 also remain "on the table"-outside activities are part of community
outreach/ building as well through co-operation and exposure.
Tom Privatera is checking on Lyons Community Center space.
Anj is looking into Library space.
KJ suggested Zuzu's in Seneca Falls.
Elaine -presented the cookbook (again) and asked for recipes of all types/with a story .She updated the info on the weblist. Also, the intent is to have it published by Llewellyn for wider exposure.
Sue Viodets is still working on a 2008 picture calender featuring various web art.
Making and selling WebPath CD's were suggested , as well as meditations, Holiday Songs, and drumming.
Dessert and Divination is an ongoing idea. Suggested to begin in February at an outside place. Dates (tentative) are
February 17, May 19, August 18, November 17.
