OTHER STUFF

 

1.  Please be mindful of the registration dates.  It is much cheaper if you register before August 3rd

 

2.  Campers let us know what your needs are; ie; water, electric, etc -no air conditioning possible

 

3.  We encourage sun showers and outdoor cooking

 

4.  Also included in your registration packet is the general release that must be signed as well.

 

5.  Please bring your poems, stories from the land, personal stories, writings, dramatic readings, etc for the bonfires. 

 

6.  Refunds will be made after August 18th, 2002 for those unable to attend. It will probably be pro-rated

 

7.  We will be asking folks to contribute towards the communal meals, each family is asked to contribute either a salad or dessert.  We will be buying some foodstuffs, etc from the common funds

 

8. We will need grills and camp stoves, charcoal and gas

 

9. We will have both vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals

 

10. Vendors- you are welcome to set up shop! Let us know what you need.  There are no booth fees.

 

11. No nudity, but bring your festival clothing

12. We will have the communal kitchen in operation

 

13. Meals will be cooperatively planned, cooked and served .  Everyone must volunteer for a meal detail

 

14. Breakfast is on your own

 

15. Children and pets are welcome.

 

16. Absolutely no drugs allowed

 

17. Alcohol is permitted

 

18. There will be on-site security

 

19. We will have someone with first aid/medical training available

 

20. Please bring water hoses and couplings for water 

21.  Please bring lawnchairs, sunscreen, bug repellent, tiki torches, lanterns, flashlights, etc

 

22.  We have rented port-a-potties/port-a-janes to supplement the indoor plumbing, so plan accordingly

 

22. If anyone has extra tent cover for workshops, shade let us know, thanks

 

23. You are welcome to come for extended camping if you wish, just let us know

    GENERAL RELEASE, WAIVER,

hereby release the Web at 4030 Galen Road, Clyde NY,  Dorothy Abrams, Eric Reynolds, The Web Family Reunion and all individuals at 4030 Galen Road, Clyde NY  from any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities and causes of actions of any type arising from or accruing on or before the date I execute this agreement as result of or because of any act, omission or failure to act, including but not limited to those arising out of or relating in any way to my association with the Web.  This release includes, but is not limited to, personal injury of any sort.  This release covers claims both that I know about and those that I may not know about. I release and hold harmless the Web at Galen Road.  This is a general release.
