This year it is the MAZE as a celebration of the God’s of Carnivale, in the spirit of the Mardi Gras and Sacred Clowns |

AUCTIONS/RAFFLES/SWAP MEET
Raffles/Auctions! Please see Rosewycke with any items you bring so that she can sort them into an assortment of raffle and auction offerings. The goal is to have opportunities for everyone to win- raffle tickets for as little as $1 and auction items for as high as you choose to bid, and everything in between. There will be a 50/50 raffle to stir up green energy.
GENERAL INFORMATION
1. Please be mindful of the registration dates. Adult registration prior to June 1st is $65 with a 50% deposit due by June 1st. After this date, adult registration is $85. Youth 13-18 are $32.50 with 50% due prior to June 1st and $40 after that date. Children 0-12 are free. One day teen pass is $10 and a one day adult pass is $15. One day passes will only be issued for Saturday. If you plan to attend longer than one day or any day other than Saturday, you must pay for the full weekend.
2. Campers let us know what your needs are; ie; water, electric, etc -no air conditioning is possible
3. Also included in your registration packet is the general release, teen permission slip and childcare registration and vendor application that must be signed and returned to the appropriate coordinator.
4. Please bring your poems, stories from the land, personal stories, writings, dramatic readings, etc for the bonfires.
5. Cancellations will be honored for the 50% deposit, after June 30th, if the cancellation is received prior to June 1st. After June 1st your deposit is non-refundable.
6. We will be asking folks to contribute towards the communal meals. The food coordinator will contact you with details about your contribution. We will be buying some foodstuffs, etc from the common funds
7. We will have both vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals
8 . Vendors- you are welcome to set up shop! Please contact coordinator Joanna at for information. There are no booth fees. We are creating a vendor’s area where all vendors’s can set up. We need the vendor application returned prior to June 1st , in order to allot space for everyone
9. No nudity, except for the clothing optional hot tub. But, bring your festival clothing!
10. Please bring your own plates, cups, glasses and silverware for meals. Clean them and keep them at your campsite. THINK GREEN. Avoid disposables.
11. Meals will be cooperatively planned, cooked and served . Everyone must volunteer for a meal detail or cleanup detail. It’s fun! You’ll like it!
12. Breakfast is on your own, but the food is there.
13. Children and pets are welcome. Keep them safe and under your control. Please sign and return the childcare authorization with your registration so that we can plan younger set activities.
14. Absolutely no drugs allowed!
15. Alcohol is permitted BYOB
16. We will have someone with first aid/medical training available
17. Please bring water hoses and buckets so that you will have water at your campsite.
18. Please bring lawnchairs, sunscreen, bug and bee repellent, tiki torches, lanterns, flashlights, etc. It’s dark in the country! Bring mud shoes/boots, jackets/coats (it get’s damp at night), festival clothing, rain gear and extra tarps for you camp
19. We have rented port-a-potties/port-a-janes, so plan accordingly.
20. If anyone has extra tent cover for shade, let us know, thanks
21. Registration is located in the camp kitchen (the back side of the barn). Everyone must check into registration, including those that are pre-registered. Check here for changes, updates, information
22. You are welcome to come for extended camping at no extra fee
23. In keeping with the Carnivale theme, there will be prizes awarded for the most festive vendor area and the most festive campsite. So bring your pennants, flags, bells and whistles.
