Meeting called to order with a welcome by Juggler John at 4 pm (ish).

3. What didn’t work?
Weather – tents getting blown down
Newsletter didn’t get out in a timely manner
Communication, re, Festival – handled in good humor
Personal communication in emails on the lists. M’Lyssa gave an explanation of what the two lists are for.
Scheduling, i.e., changes
Clean-up follow-up – dishes need to be put away after washing, and if you’re on the clean-up crew you are responsible for making sure this happens.
Towels
Traffic Patterns and Signs – maybe get some sort of hinged, standing signs.

5. Next Year’s SummerFest
The timing was discussed again. After much discussion, it was decided that SummerFest 2005 will be held on this same weekend (last weekend in June). M’Lyssa will look up and post the dates.
The discussion of potential theme for WinterFest 2005 and SummerFest 2005 was opened up, and M’Lyssa gave the details of the idea of “Back to
Basics”, and following are some of the ideas that were tossed out by folks to possibly be included:
inter-community communication
inner life
Fun & Ceremonial
Emergency Preparedness
For Country and City Folk
Possible Name: “The Tribe Lives”
Gardening – Non-chemicals
Incorporating Kids? – very easy

Website development – Will volunteered to help with this. M’Lyssa will get with him to get it moving.
8. How much for mailings?
M’Lyssa to send out a breakdown, and projections for the Adopt-A-Prisoner program.
9. September 10-12 will be Intro to Shamanism. More info to come!
10. Who would be wiling to pay for the Newsletter to be mailed?
11. Web Bucks – Bliss has worked up the design and “rules” of use. Are to be paid out at $10 per hour of work. Can be used for up to 50% of an
approved scholarship amount, and/or for up to 50% of the dollar value of an auction bid. Must be matched dollar for dollar with cash. Can be
donated to other Webfolk. Work can be done at any time during the year, not just prior to Festivals. No expiration date
12. Classes desired? A Review of our current programming will be done. We need to find out interest versus actual attendance.
13. Membership Recruitment for the Standing Committees
14. Memberships will expire in October, so the 2004 Membership Drive will be held in the Fall, ending at the Fall Family Dinner
15. Elections for Council Trustees will be held in November. Folks need to see or talk with Peg if interested.
16 Fall Family Dinner will be held on November 13 at Al’s Diner in Clyde. This will also be the Web’s Family Thanksgiving
