1. Meeting was called to order by Chair Pegqua at 7 pm. Copies of the Budget and minutes of the last meeting were passed out, and Peg told everybody to review them and ask questions, if anybody had any.
2. Anemone introduced “the web”, passed out the tags, and gave instructions on how it works and what we were to do, so everybody got to it.

4. “The Web”
Everybody went up and put their tags on the web where they thought they fit in, and we all talked about what was involved here. The prime aim of this was promoting consensus.
5. Anemone mentioned that Given Weber-McCloud had offered to conduct Board Training for us.
6. Motion to adjourn was made by Merlin and seconded by Ditchy.
7. Meeting was adjourned at 8:30 pm.
