I still have work to do on Wicca III, but several of the Wicca II students asked me for the reading list, so I put this one together based on the 2007 class. Let me know if you absolutely cannot find things. Remember there are 4 weekends for class between March and the end of May, exact dates still pending, so you don't have to have it all read at once! And in several cases you pick one of 2 or 3 choices; you don't have to read all the titles. There are websites and movies to use in place of books. All in all, it isn't as bad as it looks! I promise!

Book List from 2007
The Love Spell: An Erotic Memoir of Spiritual Awakening by Phyllis Curott. An incredible must read. You may need time to find it or borrow it.
The Memory Keeper’s Daughter by Kim Edwards, a novel about secrets, ethical dilemmas, morality and choices. It is also a recent movie; though not as complete, you can view the film instead if you wish.
Storycatcher: Making Sense of Our Lives through the Power and Practice of Story, by Christina Baldwin, a book which will help you find stories, tell them and learn from them. See also her website— http://storycatcher.net You may get enough off the website to meet your needs if you haven’t time to read the whole book.
Wiccan Magick: The Inner Teachings of the Craft by Raven Grimassi
Walking with Grandfather: The Wisdom of Lakota Elders by Joseph Marshall III
Pagan Book of Living & Dying: Practical Rituals, Prayers, Blessings and Meditations on Crossing Over, by Starhawk and M. Macha NightMare.
Check out 2 websites: www.coping.org/growth/trust.htm
And www.coopcomm.org/workbook
You can do this at the Web in February by appointment if you need to. The 2nd one gives you The Seven Challenges: The Cooperative Communication Skills workbook by Dennis Rivers for free but you must use your own paper and cartridges to download the material..
Choices: Pick 1 of 3 and tell us ahead of time so all 3 can be covered by readers from the class.
- Simple Abundance: A Daybook of Comfort and Joy by Sarah Ban Breathnach. This is an inspiration book that offers a daily reading. A sampling and the intention to follow if for a year will meet this requirement.
- Creating Prosperity, by Shakti Gawain. This is an older book you may not readily find. A good choice if you like spells.
- Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki. I liked the book which has been severely criticized as part fiction, part network marketing, part re-hash of old ideas. You can make up your own mind. We have videos of this you can borrow to meet the requirement if you prefer, but ask early.
Pick one of 2 and tell us ahead of time so both can be covered by readers from the class.
- Magical Dance: Your Body as an Instrument of Power by Ted Andrews
- 7 Fold Journey: Reclaiming Mind Body and Spirit through the Chakras by Anodea Judith.
Pick 1 of 3 and tell us ahead of time so all 3 can be covered by readers from the class.
- I Thought We’d Never Speak Again: The Road from Estrangement by Laura Davis
- The Mastery of Love: A Practical Guide to the Art of Relationship by Don Miguel Ruiz
- Healing Relationships by Serge King.
Optional Resources Who’s Driving Your Bus? By Earnie Larsen and Jeanette Goodstien, a book about co dependency and healing yourself and your relationships. Why do those kind of people drive you nuts? We will be using these ideas through out the 4 weekends, and in creating our art work. You may find the info easier to understand if you read the book.
Optional Reiki texts: I anticipate offering the Reiki II attunements the 2nd weekend. These are our resources. You are encouraged to read them.
Essential Reiki: A Complete Guide to An Ancient Healing Art by Diane Stein
The Original Reiki Handbook of Dr. Usui by Usui and Frank Petter
